He was going to miss college graduation because he couldn't afford clothes, but Twitter wasn't having it.

Aphiwe, a senior at the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, was about to become the first member of his family to graduate from college.

However, as a his big graduation day neared, he realized he wouldn't be able to attend because he couldn't afford any nice clothes to wear to the event.

For Aphiwe, it appeared as though his major accomplishment was going to end in disappointment.  

Luckily, he had a great friend named Denga who stepped in to help.

My friend is graduating next Wednesday and he won't attend because he doesn't have an outfit. He has navy pants, I bought him a white shirt, can someone borrow him a navy blazer (formal)? He's based in Braamfontein. Size 34/36. He'll be the first graduate in his family 💙✨. https://t.co/vLJeI58gsF

Just a little heads up: I met with Mr Manyaka today, and he bought my friend a brand new suit and gave him 2 more as well as a set of ties. My friend was teary eyed ♥♥♥♥😭
